January 8: Epiphany of the Lord We celebrate the visit of the three kings to Jesus. This was the moment that Jesus was revealed to those outside Israel and is a special day for all of us who now believe.
January 9: Baptism of the Lord Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan river. Read the story in the Gospels and see how God revealed Jesus as His son. Maybe tonight, make a dinner using shell pasta.

Awaken in every heart
reverence for the work of your hands, and renew among your people a readiness to nurture and sustain your precious gift of life.
Grant this through our Lord
Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in
the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God forever and ever.
Amen
